2. Why pay a deposit before the Kickstarter campaign begins?

Paying a $10 deposit secures your VIP early-bird pricing for the Domitree Aura Desk. It guarantees your spot and locks in the special discount for launch.


3. What are the prices and how does the deposit work?

The Domitree Aura Desk comes in two sizes:
  • 0.9m Desk – Regular price $399. With VIP deposit, you pay just $10 to reserve, and when you purchase, you get $40 back, making your final price $369.
  • 1.2m Desk – Regular price $499. With VIP deposit, you pay $10 to reserve, and when you purchase, you get $40 back, making your final price $469.

 

How it works:

✔ Pay $10 deposit → locks in VIP price
✔ On purchase → receive $40 back applied to your order
✔ If you don’t buy → your $10 deposit is fully refunded


4. Can I pay the deposit for friends or family?

Yes! You can pay a deposit on behalf of a friend or family member. Make sure they use the same email when pledging on Kickstarter so we can match the deposit to their order.


5.  Why do I need to use the same email for the deposit and Kickstarter pledge?

Using the same email ensures your $40 cashback is correctly applied. It makes the process smooth and secure.


6.  When will I get my $40 cashback?

After the Kickstarter campaign ends successfully, we will process your $40 cashback within 14 days. It will be issued to the same payment method used for your deposit. Bank or payment processing times may vary.


7.  Can I cancel and get my $10 deposit back?

Yes. If you decide not to back the desk, simply email us at hello@domitree.com using the same email you used for the deposit. Your refund will be processed within 14 business days.


8.  Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Domitree ships globally. As long as Kickstarter supports shipping to your country or region, we will do our best to deliver.
