Why pay a deposit before the Kickstarter campaign begins?

Paying a deposit secures the Super Early Bird price for the Domitree ALT Smart Standing Desk — $359 for the small size, $659 for the large size.

What’s the difference between the deposit price and the non-deposit price?

Deposit backers enjoy extra savings:
  • Small Size:

    Regular price $399 → Pay $10 deposit, get $50 cashback, final cost $359.
  • Large Size:

    Regular price $699 → Pay $10 deposit, get $50 cashback, final cost $659. Without a deposit, the price remains $399 or $699.

Can I place a deposit for friends or family?

Yes. You can pay the deposit on behalf of friends or family. Just make sure they use the correct email address when pledging on Kickstarter so we can match the deposit to their order.

Why do I need to use the same email for the deposit and Kickstarter order?

 To ensure your $50 cashback is applied correctly, we need to match your deposit with your Kickstarter pledge. Using the same email makes the process smooth and secure.

When will I get my $50 (deposit + discount) refund?

Once the Kickstarter campaign ends successfully, we will process your $50 refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If I change my mind, can I cancel and get my $10 deposit back?

Yes. If you decide not to back the product, simply email us at hello@domitree.com using the same email you used for the deposit. We will process your refund within 14 business days.


Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, Domitree ships globally. As long as Kickstarter supports shipping to your country or region, we’ll do our best to deliver.
