Refund Policy

At Domitree, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely happy with your order, please review the return, exchange, and refund guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

The item must be in “like-new” condition, with no signs of damage, misuse, stains, modification, or improper assembly.

All original parts, accessories, manuals, hardware, and packaging materials must be included.

The returned item must pass inspection before a refund is approved.

Please note that large furniture items may arrive in multiple packages. Customers are responsible for carefully checking all packages upon delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to product damage, defect, or an error caused by Domitree.

For furniture and oversized items, return shipping costs may be higher than standard parcel shipping fees. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as Domitree is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee may apply if the returned item is not in “like-new” condition, or if the product requires additional inspection, repackaging, cleaning, or handling before resale.

If the item is returned damaged, incomplete, heavily used, or without original packaging, the refund amount may be reduced or the return may be rejected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Clearance or final-sale items

Customized or made-to-order products

Offline purchases or items not listed on our official website

Products marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Items that have been modified, damaged, improperly assembled, or used in a way inconsistent with the product instructions

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please do not discard the product, packaging, shipping box, or any protective materials. These may be required for inspection, replacement, or claim processing.

When contacting us, please include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos or videos of the damaged or defective product

Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label

After reviewing your request, our team will assist you with a suitable solution, which may include a free replacement part, repair support, replacement product, or refund, depending on the situation.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our support team first. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same eligibility, inspection, packaging, and condition requirements as returns.

Customers may be responsible for any price difference, return shipping fees, or additional shipping fees related to the exchange, unless the exchange is due to a product defect or an error caused by Domitree.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping fees, handling fees, or other non-product charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to product damage, defect, or an error caused by Domitree.

Orders Shipped in Multiple Packages

Some Domitree furniture products may be shipped in multiple packages. Each package may have a separate tracking number.

Package names or logistics labels may differ from the product’s full official name. Please check all delivered packages carefully before reporting missing parts or incomplete delivery.

If you believe any package, part, or accessory is missing, please contact us with your order number and photos of all packages received.
