Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel fully confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the guidelines below to determine whether your item qualifies for a return or exchange.

 

General Return Requirements

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in “like-new” condition.
A 10% restocking fee applies if the item is not in “like-new” condition.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items will be inspected before refund approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless due to product defects or damage). We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
Orders may arrive in multiple packages; each must be checked carefully.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
Clearance or final-sale items
Customized or made-to-order products
Offline purchases or items not listed on our website
Products marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Damaged or Defective Items

Report damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery.
Do not discard the packaging or damaged item.
Our team will assist you with a free replacement, repair, or refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact our support team first. Exchanges follow the same inspection and condition requirements as returns.
